The intention was to change the entire property experience for buyers and sellers by improving the stigma attached to estate agents regarding high commissions, sole mandates and pushing to "close deals", regardless of the emotions involved in probably the most important decision an individual will make in his lifetime.  Seventeen years later we can say "The proof is in the pudding!"

We  network extensively with other small principal agents in our area and share our fees, thereby achieve sales.  Our fees are negotiated with the seller and are not based on a percentage of the selling price.  The lower fees in no way influence the marketing of the property - which is advertised on different websites including our own www.Marietjieprinslooproperties.co.za / Facebook /Instagram and in a weekly property magazine Neighbourhood Listings. We are therefore geared to market the property, arrange financing for buyers and organize the legal aspect of transferring the property. We also have a highly skilled maintenance team to do repairs to make the property more marketable.

We have added RENTALS to our Portfolio that has assisted us to grow our business and give our Investment owners assurance that there property is in the capable hands. For our rentals we use a reliable Payprop System that is an integrated online trust account platform for managing property rentals.

Our offices are strategically situated in Rubida street in Lynnwood Ridge from which we serve the following areas along the N4, LynnwoodRidge, Die Wilgers, Meyerspark, Murrayfield, La Montagne, Equestria, Wapadrand and   Val de Grace.
